Did you know that smartphone users can experience significantly different call performance when data services are turned on?
In a recent Metrico Wireless benchmarking study, the dropped call rate for 4 handsets increased significantly when simultaneously receiving email and placing voice calls.

Device A experienced nearly three times the number of dropped calls when data services are employed at the same time as a voice call. These results indicate that greater than 1 out of every 10 voice calls will drop when data services are active on Device A.
